Donna has lived in Lebanon since her 1986 marriage to Rich, a LMHS graduate. They live on 32 acres, 30 of which have been dedicated to agricultural use by a conservation easement to the Connecticut Farmland Trust. A graduate of Wesleyan University, Donna received her JD from Boston University School of Law and has practiced for over 40 years, primarily in the area of real estate law. Donna is a member of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, is a Connecticut Bar Association Certified Residential Real Estate Specialist, and serves on the Connecticut Bar Association Residential Real Estate Examining Committee. Her service to the Town of Lebanon includes twelve years on the Board of Education.  She previously served as an alternate on the Zoning Board of Appeals and currently sits on the Zoning Board of Appeals. With her experience, Donna is well qualified to evaluate an owner’s request within the appeals process that applies to the Lebanon Planning and Zoning regulations.
